Got it today, and it's not bad at all!
It measures 11.75" from edge to edge, but this is measuring from key edge to key edge. Actual length with case at the widest part is 12.6". Key travel is @ 3mm. They keys are not hard to press; they lend themselves nicely to my style of typing (which is not saying much, but bear with me). The keys are ever so slightly dished, makes the keys feel comfy. Action is on the mellow side, there's a soft clickyness going on but it's not loud at all, in fact it feels quite comfortable. It is not mushy, though, and key return speed is pretty good. Key wobble is minimal. Even though the size is small, I can type relatively fast on it, and my hands don't feel crampy.
I personally think that the wide spacing between the keys helps with precision--the keys are almost exactly the same size as the key tops from Dell AT101W keycaps. Another thing that I like is the layout itself--the cursor keys are comfortable and easy to use, and the separate paging and positioning keys are a nice bonus.
I think it makes for a relatively decent keyboard, especially if you need a compact unit. Here's some pics I just took.

Aha - it is rubber dome as the Amazon review said. To measure if it is a full size keyboard just do the a to ; keys (10 keys). Should be 7.5" if fullsize.
It looks to be more like a 95% or so keyboard eyeballing it.
Exactly 7.25" from edge to edge...It does feel smaller, but it's not as cramped as the Logitech NetPlay. By the way, the NetPlay is 7.125", but it feels smaller because the keys are scrunched up together.

Nice review! the Genius i200 appears to be the same as the Perixx Periboard tenkeyless. Both are actually made by Chicony. See their website. But thought they were scissor switches before I saw your photo! Might just get one of these too! Like the nice spacing between the keys and low key travel. More accuracy and speed, just like what you mentioned.
You also have tried Mx clear, Topre 45g and 55g? How does this i200 compare to these?

I have this keyboard (purchased it in 2011 before trying mechanicals) and I happen to have tried it again... Yesterday!
Well... It's still crap. You need to press hard on *some* keys so they register. On mine, this is especially infuriating because it happens with the space bar.
In 2011 I used it for a month or two and I thought it was nice. After so many months using mechanical keyboards, I now find it totally unusable. I can't stand low quality rubber domes anymore.
I'm spoiled. :)
