Occasionally when using my Leopold in Windows 7 and double tapping (mainly the up arrow key) both of the LEDs light up and I hear the plug and play USB device disconnect sound from windows. Almost like the keyboard crashed??
Anyone have any idea why it's doing that? Maybe a driver issue?

not enough power to from the usb to the keyboard?
-
Odd since I've never had any other issues like this with USB devices in my mbp before...

If it works perfect on your macbook then it could be an isolated issue with your windows pc?

That's what it sounds like to me also.

Sorry meant windows on my MBP... So does that mean the usb port is messed up? So strange since there are only 2 ports on the computer, seems like a computer could handle a keyboard and mouse simultaneously without much of a problem...

Why would it be a power issue if it is one specific key?
-
does it blue screen

Between ping, USB issues, slower controller, and defective switches where's Carl Matsu when you NEED him?
For USB issues, I blame the USB 6+KRO fad. It is quite a shame really...

Try it on another windows pc if you can.

Tested for a bit on an old Toshiba but it didn't seem to happen... Not thoroughly tested but it doesn't always happen consistently

Dont believe Ripster's hate. There are far more threads about Filco's failing, and this is only a driver issue.
For someone who claims to be interested in unbiased science, he sure likes to spread a lot of FUD.
