Received my ATTACK NOW key today.  Unfortunately it was damaged in transit.  Part of the ripping on the package is from me opening it.  The circular cutout makes me wonder if it got stuck in a sorting machine.

That is some interesting damage you got there! Yikes!
From my sad experience when I was receiving keys long ago sorting machines will usually only do damage to keycaps that are in standard envelopes because they get squeezed to one end and then they either pop out or shred (but they almost always streak if anything). I do not believe that padded envelopes go through those particular devices and for good reason too. The damage that you have there looks like a classic example of a keycap being stepped on unfortunately or something heavy sitting on it and then it being removed (sadly I have experience with that too). Especially that circular punched part which looks like the keycaps keystem punching into the package from the inside.

Any who that's all I had to say, haahaa. I just thought I would share my random experiences, not meant to derail.
