I have no idea which one, wasd seems better value but is it worse quality? help! :D

WASD is not of worse quality. Pick one that pleases your eyes better.

The main difference to notice besides the look of the KB case is that the WASD uses Costar stabilizers and the Leopold uses Cherry style.  So far, I prefer the Costar stabilizers by far.

I'd get WASD due to their costar stabilizers, the ones on the Leopold make the stabilized keys feel completely different than the rest. WASDKeyboards has boards with red switches now too!

You shouldnt need to worry about quality, both are great boards. Just buy what you think will work better for you.  Leopolds got some sales on reds and blacks, thats worth checking out.
