Apparently I thought it would be a good idea and spilled some vodka on my keyboard, destroying it in the process. I read a couple of threads on here with some possible solutions to my problem but none of them worked. So now I'm looking for advice on what I should buy next. I'm thinking either a Das, Filco (if I can find one), or maybe try the Razor Blackwidow Ultimate. I'm looking to spend around $110 probably a little more. Are there any other brands that I might be over looking?

I just bought the Ducky 1087XM from pchome for $52 shipped and am pretty happy with it. They have better boards there the only problem is you have to use chrome translate or google translate. You cant touch a Filco for $110 and I dont like the Black Widow or the Das because the Black Widow is a piece of crap and the the Das has that shiny interface. I was looking at Ducky and Filco myself and decided to gamble on the Ducky and am pretty happy with it. You could throw in a Filco wrist rest and still be around budget.

Ducky, Rosewill, Deck, Smirnoff, Gorbachev, Stalitchnaia
-
Also the Das isnt tenkeyless
-
you can't go wrong with a rosewill or leopold. fits your budget, not to mention the rosewill is basically a clone of the filco.
-
Just a thought, you might be able to sell your Blackwidow for parts.
-
I was thinking about keeping it for parts.
I like the Happy Hacker keyboards but I can't drop $300 on a keyboard right now.
How about this one?
Leopold "Tenkeyless" Tactile Click
Model: FC200RC/AB

Leopolds are pretty good. I have one and like it. If you like the HHKB, perhaps a KBC Poker? I like the Poker so much I have 2 of them.
-
The KBC Poker doesn't look bad. Where is a good place to buy them?

I think there is a couple in the classifieds, if not try elite e-sports (http://www.vendio.com/stores/E-sports-Gaming-equipments/category/poker/catId=3982940).

Do you want a full size keyboard or a TKL?

Thanks. I try to find trusted sites when I can. A couple of months ago I ordered something from a random website and my CC information was stolen. Someone in another country tried to spend $800 of my money.

I have never tried a TKL but I like the idea of the small footprint.
-
^ If you want to try a TKL you can try: poker, Leopold or Filco. Price wise poker is the less expensive follow by Leopold

Question on the Poker... What does it mean 40% mechanical?
-
This is a good answer to you question
Previously known as the KBC 40%; it measures, as the name suggested, roughly 40% less the size of a full-sized keyboard. There is no numpad, there are no cursor keys, even the F key row has been removed!

If you are planning to spill more drinks around, I would recommend water proof rubber dome boards.

haha, I don't think I'll be having any drinks on or around my desk for awhile.

A friend of mine spilled some dark beer into his BW during a LAN and asked me to fix it. The beer ate a few PCB vias taking out a portion of the keyboard matrix. Some switch cleaning and a few 30AWG jumper wires later and it was working like new!
