The goldtouch's are supposed to be pretty good (light) rubber domes, though.

you can buy those boards in ebay, some time for 25 usd

The 'boards are okay. Very quiet and don't feel as bad as most other rubber domes. I use mine every now and again.
If you are going to get a new one, get one of the new version - it's got windows keys (shorter space bars to accommodate) and media functions on a second layer - haven't tried one myself, though.

Goldtouch keyboards have quite nice rubber domes, as rubber dome keyboards go. New Goldtouch keyboards have quite light keys, supposedly. Older keyboards on the second-hand market with PgUp, PgDown, Home and End keys on the left side have heavier keys, but are still quite nice.
