My 6gv2's arrow keys are bouncing out when i release it too fast.. is there anyway to fix this? Should i glue it? Or get other keycaps?

BTW, try to stick a tiny piece of doubletape onto the switch stem and then only put on the keycaps if the keycaps keep drop off.

A tiny piece(or even tinier better) is more than enough, not asking you to completely stuff off all the space between caps and stems.
