Black. Thanks. Now...just need to get my hands on a Filco red.
Edit: I just noticed those were gold on black. Any white on black, like the original ninja? Don't really care if they are PBT or ABS.

Ah, the gold/black are etched, whereas the white/black are pad printed.
I'd search for "side printed" keycaps on ebay and elsewhere, as that's what they're often called.

I'm also looking for some side printed pbts. Qtan is the only source I have found.

I just bought a side printed rainbow set from Imsto. They are actually the same set dorkvader just posted in white, except they have been graciously dyed. You can do that with PBT caps BTW. I would rather save myself the trouble for now, but I've been meaning to make a nice green or purple set with Rit dye sometime.

One user took blank keycaps and put legends on the side himself. Since they never get hit, you don't have to worry about them being fragile.

Can I ask if anyone knows, do Qtans side printed PBT keycaps have a rough texture to them? Or are they slick?

For the record, I just got some white side printed caps from Qtan, and they are awesome.

OK, ordered a 104 Filco with red switches, now for side printed keys. Are the white on black side printed keys from QTAN similar to the stock ninja keys? Got me a ninja at work and like the keys. Nice and smooth.
Edit: Just remembered QTAN's store don't list white on black side printed keys. Does anyone sell OEM ninja keys?

QTAN's store shows gold on black side printed pbt. The photo is not great. I may lurk for a while and read more about the various caps available. It appears many of the keyboard nerds prefer thick pbt double shot caps. I assume ABS wears quickly. Thanks for your help everyone.
