what keybaord can you buy with $60? a membrane one? if $60 for PBT is too unreasonable, then it looks to me like you're either not going to get offers, or you're about to lowball someone. i think you should just stick to stock ABS for now until you can save up enough. as for the sc2 keys, there was only a limited production, so by now you're looking to pay at least $10 each if anyone offers... sorry you're not going to find them for pennies.
i'm not trying to be a douche, but just more realistic on what prices you should expect

I just bought these for $40 shipped :) (http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?25728-87-PBT-Black-Engraved-Keycaps-for-Cherry-MX-Switches)
Though, these kind of keycaps are rare to come by used unfortunately. People who buy them will usually keep them but GL anyway!

so buy a new keyboard

I paid only $35 for my PBT KBC/Tankguys/Ducky Engraved PBT keys.
I'm rich but cheap.
You'll find cheapness helps in the long run. Being smart is what gets you rich though.
It's been a while since I've heard the serious side of the Dude...
