LOL!  Some of you I think offered too much!  Some offer at $10 + shipping, some quite a bit more than $10 shipped or plus shipping.  Some below $10 shipped.  After reviewing all the offers, I think a fair price is $10 each shipped.  Since I have enough for all offers so far, I don't think I should charge one guy more/less than the other.
