These don't seem to be available anywhere anymore so I am willing to offer $60 shipped US for a 104 set for cherry MX.

in case you don't get any offers, you can buy blank white PBT caps on qtan's ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/104-PBT-white-BLANK-keycaps-MX-cherry-keys-good-Filco-Leopold-Noppoo-/300606890270?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item45fd91211e) and use RIT dye to make them black if you're willing to spend the time to dye them. that's what i will be doing to get black blank PBT keys.
