White Leopold?

Everyone keeps saying leopold is junk though, how would I get those grey side keys

You could order the grey modifier keys from http://www.wasdkeyboards.com (http://www.wasdkeyboards.com)
OR, get a set of Cherry doubleshot keycaps and swap out the stock Leopold keycaps.

Don't believe hype. I have a Leopold and it's a good keyboard. Not so sure about the new ones though (http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?25649-FC700R-Leopold-TKL-new-details).
I'd get a white one and put some thick dye subbies on it (http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?25897-here-we-are-thick-dyesub-group).

Who says leopold is junk? I recently acquired a Leopold and I am thrilled by the build quality. Seriously top notch.

Im sorry Im new here, I heard Ripster in particular saying how important it is to wait for the 700R models and read pages of people complaining about the connectivity problems with the 200 models. Than read through pages and pages of Hamblet blasting the 700 models.
So if I bought the Leopold 200 for $109 white and than bought the WASD old school set for $59.99 Id be set?

You could do that, but the cool thing about the new keyboard is that they come with PBT keys. From personal experience PBT keys make a huge difference making a keyboard feel cheap or f'n classy. So I would hold up on buying new keys till after you try those out.

I've just bought a Leo 200 white (with Clears - check the link in my sig for my review, it might also help you answer your questions about Leo quality as well), and I'm looking to do something similar.
The stock keycaps are quite nice, I just like the look of the old-school grey modifiers, like you evidently do.
The only thing stopping me from doing this is the fact that the LED indicators for Caps and Scroll lock are in the keys themselves, and putting solid keys from WASD would block the light out.
I'm not worried about that from a functional point-of-view (I rarely ever use either of the lock functions and the glowing from under the keycap would be plenty to show that the lock was on), but I really like how the blue LED showing through the keycap looks.
Let me know if you do end up doing this so I can see what it looks like.
