Title: Looking for blank keycaps, a bit surprised by prices.
Post by: square965 on Mon, 16 January 2012, 00:50:14
A couple months ago, I bought a Rosewill RK-9000. I was looking to replace the stock keycaps with a set of blank ones(preferably white caps). I was honestly horrified to see that a set of keys goes for upwards of $50. I can understand for the more customized sets, but it seems a bit steep for such a generic product. Am I looking in the right places? Is $40-50 really the going price for a blank set of keys?

Nah.. you can find them around for less.  Just camp out in the Classifieds section or if you don't wanna wait then go here (http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/products/keycap-sets.html).

Yup, keycap prices surprised me too at first. But if you browse on here long enough, you'll get use to the prices.
