Does any fellow norwegian (or otherwise) know where I can get a Filco, or other decent keyboard, in Oslo?
Even in Norway?

It is simple, you can't. Buy them at the keyboardco in swe/fin layout.

I live in The Netherlands and got mine from HKsuntec.

Keyboard Company is another great option.
