Title: Any adapters to make a keyboard wireless?
Post by: lightsout714 on Sun, 29 January 2012, 12:08:55
Not sure if this is the right section.

I am going to buy a poker and would love to use it for my htpc. Thought it would be cool if I could put like a 6 inch usb cable on it with some sort of dongle to make it wireless. Anything like this exist. Done some googling but didn't turn up much.

I've used bluetooth adapters that make serial ports wireless, but strangely enough I've never seen one for USB.

It seems like it wouldn't be a big deal but I'm sure it would be more known if it was a simple thing.

Didn't somebody on here mod an HHKB for Bluetooth?  I swear I saw pictures of this yesterday.

I remember seeing a GH member comentanting that he'd squeeze a wireless controller into a filco. Search the wiki maybe there's something there.

Maybe you could try a wireless USB hub like this one (http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-Cable-free-USB-hub/dp/B001HA4378)
