it's pretty simple. Take two paper clips straighten them out. take one of them and bend it up so you got a flat U shape ( I had a key that i used to make sure the size was fine), and then you bend the ends to make a bit of a hook, and repeat for the ot her side.. and then you just  twist the ends onto the  third paperclip, bend the ends so it doesn't come off and voila spider. It's actually pretty easy as all you need is a few paperclips and pliers.

I think that is a female orbweaver; the males look totally different, and used to scare the hell out of me.

Haha I'm kind of disappointed that it wasn't a spider. It sure looks like one from the thumbnail.
