Title: Keyswitch Impression Analogy
Post by: daniel0731ex on Wed, 01 February 2012, 21:02:28
Having tried three different Cherry switches so far, I came up with the following conclusion:

Cherry MX Blue = Heroin. Very strong, very quick addiction

Cherry MX Brown = Tobacco. Slow to develop addiction, very hard to break.

Cherry MX Black = Sex. Tiring, but satisfying.

What is YOUR impression of the switches? And how about red switches? Topre? Alps?

Cherry MX Red: Same as Black, except you don't have to do anything.

alps=muscle cars... inefficient but keep you wanting to drive them and then taking them apart, just to make sure you don't miss anything
topre=sushi, some hate them, some love them absolutely and keep trying new flavor... good sushi are incredibly expensive tho'

Someone do clear switches!

You thought it was white, and then found out it is actually black, with a kick.
