Title: Possible to mod filco mj2 tkl?
Post by: f4d3 on Thu, 09 February 2012, 20:57:29
I have a filco mj2 tkl with black switches and a ducky 1008 with red switches. I was wondering if I can swap the keys between the 2 boards.

Do you really need to desolder? can't you just pop open the switches and replace the insides? or does that not work like I imagine it to..

U can't, because it's plate mounted.

If it was pcb mounted it wouldn't be a problem.
