Hello,

I'm unloading some more stuff I'm not using.  This time, it's Mice and Mouse Pads!!

Razer Salmosa & Razer Golaithus Control (Standard - M) SOLD!
I bought this combo a couple months before the R.A.T. 7 for StarCraft.  It turns out, I still stink at StarCraft (BW & II).  I spent more time writing about Pro-SC than playing, so I only used these for a couple months, as well.  They both look brand new (again, as with the R.A.T.).  They basically just ended up in the closet.

I do not want to sell the Salmosa and Goliathus separately, as it's not really worth the cost to ship them separately.  This is an amazing combo for RTS!

Mad Catz Cyborg R.A.T. 7 (5600 dpi) SOLD!
I bought this mouse about a year ago, used it for two weeks and put it back in the box.  I pulled it out again two months ago and forced myself to use it.  However, I still like my G9 better, so I just ordered a G9X to replace this RAT7.  I have had zero problems with this mouse.  It works perfectly fine.  It is extremely customizable.  I just prefer the smaller profile of the G9.

No, it was SC2GG.com, but that was a few years ago...BW days...

I was on TL a lot before, during, and after my writing stint with SC2GG, but I never wrote there.

Yeah, I was actually kind of bummed when I heard SC2 was coming out when it did.  Having only been involved in the BW scene for a couple years, at that point, I wanted a couple more years before SC2...but so is the way with the world. :P

I like SC2, but it's still going to take a little bit for it to get to the level BW was at, in my opinion.

The R.A.T. 5 is $60.98 shipped on Amazon.  The 7 like I'm selling is $79.99 with used ones at $65.

What kind of grip do you use that you prefer the g9x to the R7?

The thinner one.  Basically, the R7 is wide, so it doesn't allow me to grip the mouse the way I like.  Maybe my hands are just small. :P

I use a hybrid claw/fingertip grip.  Basically, I use a claw grip where my fingers arch like a claw grip, but wrist rests behind the mouse like fingertip grip.  Also, I somewhat squeeze the mouse between my first and third/fourth fingers.  I can fit into M gloves, but I usually buy large so they aren't very tight.  Hope this all helps :P
