You'll need some lighter springs. The easiest way to get those is to get some MX Red/Blue/Brown switches, either from another cheap used board or just buy them from WASD, and harvest the springs from them.
I haven't had a look inside my Leo, but as far as I know you'll also have to desolder the switches from yours in order to get the stems out and switch the springs over.

Best to stay with regular clears. If you find that stiff, then try blues.

I have been able to use the clears for one month now... I will keep them.  Thanks Rigs!
