Hmm.... looks like a nice source for some white on black caps (if these fit MX that is).

If only the seller didnt ask between $64 and $209 to ship this to the Netherlands i might be tempted to try one of these to see whats up ;)

These are cherry MY switches, which do not fit cherry mx.(I think, correct me if I'm wrong)

I was under the impression they were kinda compatible (well the MY switches from a full travel MY, not the 3mm modern kind as found on the G84-4100 for example)

G80 = MX
G81 = MY

Keyboards with G80-XXXX have MX switches, keyboards with G81-XXXX have MY switches.

MX and MY switches are totally different, but MX and MY keycaps are fully interchangeable except for certain modifier keys, where the stem is off-center in MY keycaps and centered in MX keycaps.
All 1.0 MX and MY keycaps are fully compatible.

G83, G84, G86 switches and keycaps are completely different from those.

And by the way, you can say by the first letter following the number what kind of keycaps it has:
H = doubleshot
L = lasered
S = subdyed
P = pad-printed

So those G81-8000 HUBUS have MY switches and doubleshot keycaps.

And US layout, by the way, as the last letters show.

Bottom row modifiers are off centre if I remember correctly

Yeah these are the same caps Quarzac and Clickey had a GB for, it was like $20 a set + shipping
