Gonna beat the dead horse.

COSTAR!

In genaral, most plate mounted boards are costar (except leopold).

All Costar keyboards  have Costar stabilizers but not all Costar style stabilizer keyboards are made by Costar.

People seemed to conclude that CM boards are made by costar based on the stabilizer.
Are there any other solid sources that indicated where the CMs are made by?

Solid source? No. However, take a look at vortex's new tenkeyless. http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.256507101083674.57911.241720585895659&type=3 Looks like Rapids without the gaudy branding.

Uhm, I seem to recall battlesheep or someone else (claiming to be a CM rep) stating that it was Costar.  Maybe I'm mistaken.

Yeap. It was battlesheep.
CM storm are made by Costar.

I prefer Costar on vanilla/normal switches
Cherry style Stabilizers on properly lubed or Vintage switches. The lube on the switches itself affects the feeling of the stabilizers, based on my RO59 lubed switches and Vintage Blacks.

Hmm... he did say "I think," which is not the most definite statement, but putting all the information together it is  hard not to believe.

Now, laffindude, the golden keyboard guy claimed CM boards are not made by Costar and would only rate the quality of it equivalent to some ducky at around the same price point. Either he was lying and trying to defend for the product he had available in store, or he doesn't have a damn clue. And I remember someone said he has a pretty close relation with the Filco rep in TW? I would assume he would have insight info on keyboard industry.

Do you have an address? - I can add to the WW Shopping Wiki.

its already listed as "keyboard king”  Golden keyboard is a better translation IMO. but that's beside the point

I noticed that both "keyboard king" and “gold keyboard” are listed and they are the same store. I don't know how to edit wiki, so could you fix it? I guess you can change it to Keyboard King (Golden Keyboard)

also here is a pic of the store front. see that small black sign right where the DVD flag is?

I've talked with him before too and I'd take his insights with a grain of salt. Though he's kinda right, since it does look like only the Rapid is going to be Costar made. He may have seen the other boards together and assumed they're all not Costar. He's a retailer, I doubt he cares as much about the details as enthusiasts (I don't think he is one).

I'll add to Wiki.

The guy with the paper bag outside the store - he begging for ClickClacks?

Now it makes sense - Keyboard King I follow on Facebook.

Front of the store is a store front shared with a food cart/stall.

I only went to 总麒 (ZhongQi) on main road during my stay in Taipei
Golden Keyboards seems too complicated to navigate especially at night.
