Please help! Btw im not exchanging or returning

Maybe your desk isn't level.. If you have a small level try measuring on the table and the top of the board while it's upright.
-
Ok, let me try to explain how I fixed my wobbles from my filco tkl. I picked it up and put my palms on the upper right, and bottom left corners. I put my fingers toward the back and pushed my fingers toward me. Almost a twisting motion. It popped like the case was popping together. I think it got banged around during shipment, but yeah, it hasn't done it since. If that doesn't work, try the same action/motion on the upper left and bottom right corners. I can take some pics holding mine if this doesn't make any sense haha
Editing in a picture. Couldn't exactly pick it up, and take a pic while holding this dslr xD
Use your palm to hold it in place, and apply pressure with your hands on the backside. Both hands at the same time toward you. Not too much pressure. Try this, sit it down and see if the wobble is worse or better. If it's worse. Switch corners.

Updated post with a picture. No way to do a video ":\
I bet this still doesn't make sense haha

It hasn't happened to me, but I believe this is a case where others here have advised to "just twist it" and it'll be fine.
-
Ok, the black part is your palms on top and the grey fingers are on the backside pressing toward you.

Ripster, trust me we can all read your siggy

The best part is; This doesn't belong to the McRip Effect. This is a pretty major issue not something small like spruce marks etc. Mine wobbled so bad it was intolerable. I almost bounced when I typed on the right side of the board.

Ripster just likes to link wikis to everything, you'll get used to it :D
Anyhow thanks for the help, I think it helped aid the process of me fixing it, thank god for tape!

Ungrateful noobs will be the downfall of the Internet.
Im not ungrateful you linked me a wiki with info that was already provided...
Stop with the wikis and give direct answers.

Jesus Christ! Why have you drugged their onions?

I thrive on positive reinforcement.
Positive reinforcement means, if we do something good (i.e. vote for you), you will reward us.
Now, where is my reward?

Get use to it (Ripster that is). Every Filco issue thread/post, he will dismiss it with the usual McRip effect. Every other brand he will bash the company. I.e Ducky quack, Topre has ABS spacebar. Yet, Filco have ABS keycap on every key.

OMG, a spruce attacked your Filco? I'd say that's pretty major.
-
All spruced up and nowhere to go.
Sounds like Ripster on any Friday night.

Auto correct on my phone fml

I have had two filcos like this and also my DAC - I don't think it's a manufacturing fault, probably it gets knocked out of alignment with a bump in transit. Easy fixed them all by doing the pushing down on the corners thing. The first time, I was almost about to try and shave off some of the rubber foot with a stanly knife, which would have been a disaster.
and to the OP none of them ever bounced back to wobbly, once it is down it stays down
-
What's the technical name for slicing half the foot off with a box cutter?

I wear dark blue diapers and have curly hair.
There was no f5ing. It was clicking "back" and "send" over and over, and there's not even a mouse in your picture. Please refer to your own sig for a picture of a little kid in a diaper playing with a corsair mouse.
-
Better than all the Pokemon key collectors hanging around hitting the F5 button looking for ClickClacks all Friday Night!
Noobs. Hitting the F5 button waiting for a ClickClack.
So to be serious for a sec I'll trade one of these keys for a SIGNED picture of my ClickClack collection.
Cognitive dissonance.
Anyway, Friday night only starts at 5:23PM.

I don't know if I'd call it a major issue since it's fixed so easily. I would agree that it's a "real" issue, and not the McRip effect. These mechanical keyboards have fairly weighty components (all of those switches mounted to the plate) and quite a lot of the case is friction fit. If you ever watch how typical couriers treat packages, you'll agree that these things go through a lot of g's during shipping. Some of the friction fit areas slip and need to be pushed back into place.
I've read lots of cases of people who receive wobbly boards and have to give them a twist to get them straight again. I've never read about one spontaneously retwisting once fixed. The fix is easy, appears to be permanent, and there's no harm done to the product. This is what keeps it out of "major issue" category for me. Sure it would be better if the designers used more screws and they stayed straight in shipping. Who knows how much that would increase assembly costs? Who knows if that would make some boards break during shipping instead of twist? Perhaps the actual problem is the packaging. If the box was twice as big and had styrofoam in it then maybe it wouldn't happen. Of course half as many keyboards would fit in a shipping container and things would get even more expensive...

Jesus Ripster, you have to be one of the most annoying people on here.
Stop saying things people already said in hopes that Ill commend you for your less than sub-par response of "READ DUR WIKI"
You aren't god, you're a guy with a lot of keyboards who only seems to post to increase his post count and feel needed.
-
Even that's being generous - the page in question isn't even a wiki, just an sprawling opinion/rant piece in his lawless ghetto of a sub-forum.
-
For example people that complain about the i's having the dots not being centered on certain fonts is TRUE. But not significant.
Exactly. The only reason you add each section is so you can end it with "not significant" and hurl abuse at anyone who's bothered by such things. That's an opinion/rant piece. It's certainly no wiki.
