G81s are easy to find for way cheaper than that:

This listing is for heavily used ones, for $35, but it seems that they may have doubleshots: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cherry-MY1900-PS-2-POS-Keyboard-TESTED-/150697379982?pt=PCA_Mice_Trackballs&hash=item231643888e

I'm pretty sure those are all boards with windows keys, it's much harder to find new boards that don't have them.
The 1.5x modifiers are even rarer with the short right shift. Doubleshots are much easier though.
However, that dirty board for 35 is disgusting, and from the looks of things, beyond cleaning. Those keys are done.
The point was that $45 isn't a great deal for a G81.
The seller has more than 10 available of those doubleshots, and I doubt they all look exactly the same.
The keys are definitely cleanable, the only thing that worries me is the yellowed F3 key since that will probably be ABS and the rest of the keys are PBT (so it's not the original F3 key, though I suppose it could just be a stained PBT key cap).

How 'cheap' they are really depends on your location though. The seller mentioned in the OP offers free shipping anywhere in the world.
For me in Australia $40USD shipped for the board in the OP is a better deal than any of the links you've posted (the first link you've posted comes in at $43USD shipped, and the others either don't ship to Australia, or if they do have shipping fees ranging from $40 to $60USD.
Not everyone on geekhack is from the US

PBT doesn't yellow like ABS does.
The difference in color between the case and the key caps is a dead giveaway that the key caps are a different plastic than the case (believe it or not but they were both the same color once upon a time).
I'll bet those are PBT key caps and an ABS case.

I have received one of these boards, with another on the way.
I can 100% confirm that the keycaps are PBT- they even have 'PBT" etched on the insides!
The form-factor is fantastic- I prefer it over a TKL board as you still get all the keys but in a smaller form factor.
The MY switches aren't much fun for typing, but for gaming they are great.
Overall, very happy with the purchase :-)
-
Can it be modified by removing the spring ? erricrice did it for a G81-3000, see "Making Cherry Reds out of your G81"

Sweet as. Might consider buying one in a week or so depending on my funds after these group buys.
