PBT would be a miracle, but good ABS doubleshots would be more than enough. It wouldn't be hard to surpass SP if one had the equipment (or the ability to pull off the MOQ to have them made from one of the Chinese plastics companies that can do them).

You should get a GOOD ARTIST to make up 12 animals of the Chinese Zodiac!  That would be a perfect F-key replacement. What about it hazeluff?

More engineering specs, please. What is possible, and what not?  I'm very interested in the design inside a whole black key. Light designs on dark keys has heretofore been the sole purview of doubleshots and pad printing (expensive and ephemeral). This could be the killer solution to all our keycap needs.
