Title: Is Obamacare constritutional?
Post by: microsoft windows on Sat, 31 March 2012, 16:52:10
What are your thoughts on the Obamacare case in the Supreme Court as of now? Do you all think it is constitutional? What implications/precedents do you think a Supreme Court decision either approving it or striking it down will have?

In no way whatsoever is it constitutional.

But then, I don't believe President Obama is familiar with that little old document. Too busy with the media.

Why are you banging your head? Have you read the Constitution?

BTW you can read it here (http://www.archives.gov/exhibits/charters/constitution.html).

Here's an easy version for kids (http://www.usconstitution.net/constkids4.html)! Can someone give this to Obama to read?

I think the OP should add both links to the OP.

Also shouldn't this be in the Member Polls Subforum?

Not when you have 5 fascist libertarian Ayn L Rand types on the Supreme Court.
