These are the M4 'buckling rubber sleeve' space saving keyboard, accompanied by a numeric keypad to take up that leftover desk space you saved.  These aren't the ones with the pointing stick.  Unicomp branding - you can see the blank racetrack shape where the IBM logo would have been.
