Title: Perl Scripting - Anyone the least bit familiar?

I am trying to work on a quick program, I have most of it done. I need someone who is familiar and fluent in perl that might be able to tell me where I am messing up and chatting with me about it?

I gotta be honest. I haven't been on mIRC since like 2005? I used to idle in my Quake/TF clan channel to setup matches and scrims.. I kind of forgot people actually still go on there for other stuff :doh:

I eventually figured it out using http://gskinner.com/RegExr/, but if I ever have another issue before the end of the semester mind if I ask you boost?
