This seems like a great deal, shipping to my location is only $5.95.

Great for Poker users, get it while it's hot!
PS/2 is a downer.
-
The description says PS/2 / USB, so maybe it includes an adapter?

Features lists PS/2 / AT. These things are pretty damn old, YMMV on that.

"AT/ PS/2 + USB model "optional" upon request"
-
Yeah, it says both...
Probably just a bad cut and paste job somewhere.
-
In for one.

Crap! I might have kept my Deck 82 if I'd been paying attention to what was going in this section of the forum..... ah well :(

The Scorpius-32 arrived today. Seems solid enough. Has retractable feet like a keyboard, but no rubber pads on the feet.
Has Cherry MX Blue switches and decent ABS caps.

It came with these adapters. Somehow I don't think I'll need the PS2 to DIN5 adapter. Uh, if anyone does need it, send me a self addressed mailer and it's yours.

That looks really nice. I kind of wish I needed one.
How are you liking those plate mounted Cherry blues?
-
Nice use of the Scorpius-32 with your HHKB. MX blue is my favorite cherry switch so I think I'll jump on this one.
-
The seller listed more of these:

For typing I like Cherry Browns or Topre switches a bit better than Blues, but for navigation keys and number pad they are great.
I've got a Filco keypad with Browns that has no navigation keys which is fine for a TKL board like a Filco or Realforce the navigation keys on the Scorpius are really nice to have with a HHKB. It was a good $35.00 investment.
The picture shows a white one but they are all black. The description makes note of that.

I like the layout, numpad + navigation keys. But it's too bulky.
Is there a smaller one with all these numpad + navigation keys? Must be mechanical switch. Thanks.
Oh sorry, wrong topic...
-
Well I just ordered one as well. Have been looking for a numpad with blues, so this is perfect. I'll also hopefully have a HHKB to pair it with shortly down the road. Thanks for the heads up on this find.
-
Awesome find, thanks. : )
-
Ordered one for laptop data entry, and in case I get a tenkeyless in the future. Thanks OP.
-
bit disappointed, bought this. but it was faulty.
no connection and it just went haywire.
now when i plug it in and press numb lock doesnt even come up..
no keys even work.

Hmm desoldered every switch and desoldered them all back on works a great again

That's some dedication! From the description above, I'd have guessed the controller had a cold solder joint, but just resoldering the switches did it? interesting.
Glad you were able to get it working. I'll have to remember this, if I ever run into similar issues.

Guaranteed to happen with all things Qtronix, be it a Scorpius M10 or a Scorpius 32. I've had a chunk of solder fall out of my Scorpius 35.
-
I'd get one but I'm not American.

I got this and after playing around with it sometimes when I hit 2s and 3s there is no input. Or if I spam click 2s or 3s it does not take every input but no other number key works like that, and / does not work every time either. Kind of a bummer for data entry which is what I purchased it for.

I just discovered that I need another one of these keypads. I use HHKB Pro 2's and I've been buying dye-sub key sets lately. Some are R4 keys, but some of them are number pad sets, with the little feely line on the 5 key and all. Well I don't have a place to put those key sets on a compact keyboard, but the Scorpius-32 has a number pad, arrow keys, the Insert/Home/PgUp group, esc and Print Screen group. Lots of places to display special key caps. ;-) Now if I could only find some PBT dye-sub tall vertical "+" and Enter keys for the keypad!

I picked up two of these and both are working fine. Since I'm already using the PS2 port with my current board I ended up switching out the USB adapters that came with these with better ones. Worst case, if the 2's and 3's stop registering I'll just pull out the soldering iron. These are still neat little boards though.
