I just found this seller through google. They offer the white and the black noppoo chock mini for a good price:
white noppoo:

black noppoo:

It would be quite cheaper for me to buy from them than from qtan, mainly because of free shipping (even with possible import fees). It also offers me better choice in switches and POM/PBT key caps for similar price. So has anybody ordered from them before? Also they don't have the white noppoo with blue switches, but the reds aren't that much more expensive. Are they a possible alternative for typing?
Edit: there seems to be a discrepancy in the currency conversion between usd and eur, with $6 in favour of the euro. They charge in usd so you end up paying more in euros than stated :S

I'll let you know in 7-20 days.

(RE: missing post about negative feedback on some site:) Maybe, but you can basically find those sorts of reviews about any company (and I’d be even more suspicious if a company had never dealt with a single *******). I’m in Florida/North America, so have no delusions about it arriving quickly. We’ll see how it goes. :D

Keyboard arrived today, that's about 12 days (including two weekends), China/HK to Florida/North America.
Paid via PayPal, received one automated-looking email confirming the order and not a peep afterwards, just a keyboard delivered to my door (via USPS).
Everything seems well enough in order, I'm pretty happy. :) Awful pics below:
