Hi all,

Yeah, the thread was eaten by GH last nigh and here's the new one.

1. Pricing and availability:

Blue $95+ shipping -----------SOLD OUT
Brown $99 + shipping ---------- SOLD OUT
Red $109 + shipping ---------- SOLD OUT

2. Shipping:
Shipping will be from Ontario, California by USPS priority. My partner will handle it and start sending out items on 4/17/2012
We do ship internationally. Please PM me for details. I did replied all the PMs by 4:25 pm April 15, 2012. But if you did not get a reply, please PM again. Maybe it is because the maintenance.

3. Warranty:
Defective item can be returned within 7 days after delivery on seller's cost for exchange or refund. After 7 days, please contact Vortex for warranty details. (Edited)

4. How to buy:
Shoot me a PM including your preferred switch type, paypal account and zip code (if you are in the States) or Address (out of the States). We will send you two invoices, one for the keyboard and one for the shipping. After you paying to the invoices, my partner will send out the board the next day. If you do not pay to the invoice within 24 hours, we would assume that you cancel the order.

EDIT: ABOUT NEXT　BATCH

Within this batch, every and each Poker is sold and shipped. Thanks to all of you. Next batch (ABS caps) will be at the beginning of May. I am placing my order for PBT caps as well (only caps separately). The caps have a longer lead time than the boards and probably will arrive in the mid of June.

I missed some PM or Feedback notice last weekend because GEEKHACK was rolling back again. Let me know if this is the case and if you need any info/help or whatever.

I think this is quite poor if your are trying to act like a professional seller (you previously talked about MSRP as you if you where dealing with kbc directly). If I buy from any other seller it would come with a full warranty as the keyboards should come with. Why is this not the case with you?

Not trying to flame you, just want to know the logic behind removing peoples warranty.

I don't think you would expect a full manufacturer warranty from any other private seller who had posted a sale in the classifieds, would you? I am new here, so I could be wrong, but it seems to me that this is the very definition of threadcrapping. If you don't want to purchase an item from the seller for whatever reason, simply don't purchase it.

p.s., you didn't get any with black switches? I might have to consider a blue version for my next Poker.

The thing is that I do not know if Vortex has a warranty policy for its product oversea simply because I did not talk to them about it. So in the worst scenario I assume that they do not have one now and I cover the first 7 days on my own cost.

I should change it to "after 7 days, please contact Vortex for warranty detail". And I will address this issue to Vortex right now. Sorry for the confusion.

Post by: Awful on Sun, 15 April 2012, 18:54:35: I think p.s. offering a 7 day return policy is pretty awesome. Specially since they're being shipped from the US. If you did have a problem you wouldn't spend 2 weeks getting it back over seas etc.

I also put white Cherry lasered PBT caps on it, but I need a spacebar, enter and |\ keys. I'm really liking the ergo-clears a lot. I'll take pictures later.

Took exactly a week! :D

Absolutely love it.

Already got a nice set of KBC PBT white engraveds on it and it feels like a dream.

Arrived in good nick, doesn't look as though its been beaten up at all.

All keys intact, and only one stabiliser popped out. Which was promptly popped back in.

Thanks a lot, am soooo hoooked on mech keyboards after getting my Choc Mini! Would like a Red Poker as my gaming/portable keyboard and can't find any in the UK :( QTan sells one with PBT caps for quite reasonable amount but only the black switches which I do not much care for!
