I am looking to purchase a second mechanical keyboard with cherry mx blues and that is tenkeyless. So far I really like the leopold tenkeyless Model: FC200RC/AW, I am just unsure about how stabilizers effect how keys fit so I didn't know if I could put a different set of key caps on it eventually. I also think I remember someone saying that it had a different spacebar. If it did could I still put a different key cap set on it?

Yes, you can buy different key cap set to put them on a Leopold and don't worry about the spacebar. Most of the newer sets include universal spacebar which means it'll fit Ducky, Filco, Leopold, Poker, etc.
Here's an example of green & cream cheese set on a Filco browns:

And here's a picture of both spacebars (traditional one on top and a newer, universal one on the bottom):

I have one of those pbt universal spacebars will it fit a noppoo? I don't own one to know if it will or not. (sorry if thread hijack)

The spacebar is the only non-standard one, but since tenkeyless Leopolds are fairly popular, there are a number of spacebars out there that will fit them now. I think every custom set of keys Geekhack has ordered from Signature Plastics since November last year has included a "universal" spacebar that has stabilizer mounts for both the tenkeyless Leopold and more "normal" Filco-like spacebars. Newer sets of KBC PBT keys also have the extra stabilizer mounts on the spacebars.

I've had many different keycaps on Leopolds. I've had KBC, WASD, Cherry, SP, Wyse, and some others, and all of them were just fine. The only ones I've heard people have issues with are the Leopold RGB set.

I wonder if Qtans work on them?
