Which one worth to buy it? for long term use.

well, i'm a bit of a canon fanboy myself, but the d7000 isn't a fair/direct comparison to the other two.  the 600d and d5100 are going to come down to a brand preference, they really are similar cameras other than the sensor and firmware.  for the price, both are excellent cameras.  

if the cost isn't an issue though, and the d7000 or canon 7d are going to be significantly better cameras for the longevity.

is it effective pixels do they effect the picture quality.

canon 18.0 megapixels both of nikon 16.2 megapixels.

Unless you're going to print huge sizes, pixel means little to nothing. Unless you're doing landscape, in which case, you're looking at the wrong cameras.
I'd buy the D7000 out of those listed, simply for using older Nikkor D lenses. Screw longevity, buy the best lenses you can afford and buy a cheap camera. Expensive camera won't be better than entry level camera 2 years from now.
