Title: Ducky Shine returned
Post by: Sparkee on Mon, 30 April 2012, 16:49:04: Too much wrong with that keyboard so I sent it back to Tigerimports.
They got it last Thurs but no refund yet .. I am starting to get concerned on that although they have 7 days by law to issue a refund.

I am trying to decide whether or not to risk another Ducky Shine or go with a different company. If deck had cherry blues I'd buy one of those.

Post by: Sparkee on Tue, 01 May 2012, 17:12:49: The reason for returning the KB was three bad keys. One I could have lived with but the other two I use alot, so I ate my loss on the shipping. Not that I'm happy about that but it is what it is. Cost me alot of money for a defective product, which I think is a QC issue on Duckys part. This ducky did not shine by a long shot.

I did get ahold of tigerimports today by phone and he said the refund was processed today and should show up in 2 to three days.
