Well, his last activity is may 3.
For what it's worth, the first fab.com post I saw (for alpsulators), I went and made an account without a referral. It took about a day, but I was able to view it and be happy. So you don't have to click his link. That said, I'm not really a fan of fab anymore, especially since you can't view anything without signing up.
