I mean, I see what the label says. But I can't find any information at all anywhere on the internet about it. I mostly want to figure out what kind of keys it has and if I can find replacement caps for it. The closest thing I could find to it was an  Mtek K104 on Ebay that is going for $259.99, so I'm pretty interested in what this one could be. Thanks for your help.

not sure whats the brand but the switches I believe are known as "Fake Cherry Clears" If I stand correct some Chicony keyboards had the same switches. switches are tactile, resistant to press but it might fool you they are mechanical switches. They are rubber membranes.

Wow. that is almost the same as my XT Blue alps keyboards. It is almost the same except it has blue alps and a bit different design. But it does not have a label on it at all.

Welcome to GH.

Answer below.
This would've been a good answer, except the links are scrambled. Chicony 5181 review? Or All Black Unicomp Spacesaver?

Probably: Cherry compatible round SMK "Monterey" switches. Internals are similar to the ALPS compatible SMK "Monterey" switch, except this one doesn't feel like s***!

Possibly: Cherry compatible Futaba. Read about it here: http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=Island:8599

Unlikely: Some other rubber dome bulls***.

Also Settlers! I approve.

Too bad the OP's pic is so funny or I'd play the game too.
Less double posting, more link fixing!

Thanks REVENGE! These keys definitely look exactly like those Futaba switches in the link, and they even have the quirk of sounding louder on the upstroke than on the downstroke, so I think that's the one. I picked up another old keyboard at the same time as this one, a Unitek k-151l (http://sandy55.fc2web.com/keyboard/unitek_kb-151l.html) to be exact. Turns out that one's got Cherry MX Black keys (score!), so I'll see if they are compatible.
