I'll never understand why Cherry doesn't bring these back with selling prices like that.

The same goes for Unicomp with the SSKs.

Could you even imagine if Unicomp made a keyboard with softer springs and a HHKB layout?

Do you think the seller realised they were sitting on a gold mine? The starting price was $15USD!

I start all my auctions at $.99, including the RAM I sold a few months back that ended up at $1500.  Ebay lets you end an auction without selling the item early and they tell you how many people are watching the item and how many page views it gets.  As long as you don't abuse it you can easily end an auction that is not getting sufficient interest.

Wow, that's incredible. I'd like to find out who bought them. (lol webwit) Anyways, split keyboards are nice but I personally find that they break much more easier than your stock standard Cherry MX3000 or IBM Model M 1391401 and that greatly devalues the price. Most of the items I list start at .99 cents becuase the item will always find it's price if listed correctly.

I guess the seller wasn't happy with getting only $2.2k.

Is it a relist, or a new listing with bin price based on last auction? Pics are watermarked 2010, so I suspect they may have a lot of these. Lucky them.
