Hey,

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to ship a package to Canada if I ordered directly from the website? I placed an order about a month ago and I still haven't received it yet.

From where to Canada? ship from Canada to Thailand it's take 12 days max.

On UPS's website, it currently says "Held in warehouse : hold shipment per a contract service offering" and "Power of attorney documentation is missing and is required for clearance".
I have no idea what those 2 terms mean, I've e-mailed The Keyboard Company and they said that they have never seen this before and I called UPS and they just told me that it's held in the warehouse for inspection and that i should just wait...

Has anyone encountered this problem?

I think that has all stopped now. I changed my password and went for 2 part so should be safer in future.
