Hello guys :)

Could someone help me with identifying a keyboard :D There is a dude that has a keyboard with this info on the back sticker:

AKB-2000 QCV-PASS
RUSSIAN

FCC ID: LFC-AKB-2000
FTZ: Funkenstort nach Vig 1046/1984 VDE 0871 Klasse B
MODEL: AKB-2000
INPUT: 5V===300 mA MAX

I am wondering if it is mechanical... does anyone have a clue, I would really appreciate any advice.
