Title: Can someone explain to me what doubleshots are?

I know what ABS and PBT keys are. I see people talking about doubleshots all the time, but I have no idea what they actually are.

"DOUBLESHOT" or "2-SHOT" or "DUBSHOT" sounds way cooler than "injection moulded". Also why do you brits use totally unnecessary vowels, like the "U" in moulded?

How do you expect to upstage the Chinese in your Olympic games if you can't even spell your own language?:usa2:

I hate to tell you this, but lasered or pad-printed caps are also injection moulded.... The difference is that DS caps go through this process twice (pref to us with two different colours plastic).
