US Amazon does not ship international since they have separate amazons for different countries. And even if they do, getting the rebate might be kinda hard if you're international.

I forwarded (http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?27305-%28Free%29-US-shipping-forwarding-service) probably over 30 packages from amazon to people, but currently way too busy to offer that service right now. Maybe in the summer I can help out again when I'm more free.
