Title: keycaps and keypuller

I bought 2 Filcos from The Keyboard company and neither had the red keycaps or a filco keypuller in the package,

is this normal? A friend of mine bought a ducky and even the cheaper ducky had these extras,

I always thought the filcos give you red wasd keys and a keypuller for free as a bonus or am I wrong?

It was a temporary gift I believe.

They usually don't.

Yes, Djuzuh is correct on this. Mostly we don't add caps and pullers. Anything that does include them will be marketed as such, so; if it's not in the blurb - it's not in the box.
They were additions with Camo, Ninja and Linear R as far as I remember. Elite Keyboards used to add them to some things even if it was not done at the factory - I think that is the root of the confusion.
