Spoke with a nice chap over at acrylics.ca (http://www.acrylics.ca/) here in Victoria BC. Says he can make it happen. Just wanted to see if anyone other than me thinks this would be worth it. Post up if yes, which layout, how many, and what you'd be willing to pay. I don't have measurements or CAD for either, have my 87 to measure up and get a CAD from. Will do after my wedding in July.
If anyone has any schematics or details for this, that would be helpful. If there's enough interest in the 104 I'll probably order one to measure and slap a case on it for the classifieds after.
It'll be super simple and as slim on all sides as possible. Three layers, cap screwed together, countersunk. Depending on cost and complexity it looks like these guys could make flip out feet happen as well. They have way more intricate bits in their other work.
What say you?

I'd be interested in one for the 87U in a dark color like black...prefer feet that flip out too.
