It includes all original paperwork and packaging.

I used it for 1 day then perfectly packaged it up as it came, so this thing is practically new.

Selling it for $45 shipped OBO.

Post is informative besides lacking a current picture.  You mentioned why, how much, etc.  Perhaps include where "Shipped" includes.

I don't want to crap on your thread here, but the layout of the keyboard makes my brain hurt.  It would be a very cool compromise between a small footprint and keeping the tenkey if the remainder of the choices they made didn't change the expected layout so much.
