Is this much of a special offer anymore?  Seriously.

23" IPS 1080p screens are here and common.  ViewSonic's entry costs like $180.  (we bought 22 of them for my office recently on my advice.)  LG's is a little more but comes with a pretty good adjustable stand (comparable to the sort you'd pay $30 aftermarket for)

Got 2 of mine for that in Aus, the 3rd one was $188 though :D
