Title: Ducky Shine 2 Keys Not Working - How to clean switches?

Hello, just got my ducky shine blue led red switches. The plus/equals key is not working, as well as the right square bracket key. I have tried all the dip switches on the bottom but no luck. Tried usb and ps/2. The keys do work every once in a while if I press hard and hold them or wiggle them. I have contacted qtan and should be able to get a replacement, but I figured maybe someone here have an idea on how to fix it. Do I just need to clean the switches? If so how do I go about that?
