Hi, every one I am new to this forum
I just bought a 103u all 55g
There is nothing wrong in typing. The switches have a very special feeling compare to cherry MX ones. The PBT keycaps feels really good.
But I found that it doesn't sit on the desk properly (it slips). The rubber feet is the doing the right thing. This make me think that I bought a faulty one.
I think the board twist or not flat.
The filco I own is very good on anti-slipping.
and there marks on top area of the keyboard

All the reviews I read says Topre make very solid keyboards....how come this is happening ..
SO.... AM I just unlucky and got a faulty board. Or all realforces are like this?
thx and sorry for my bad English

Sit it on a very flat surface and try to rock it. If it rocks, try picking it up and torquing it (grab it with a hand on each end and try twisting it slightly). It's possible that during transit the case became dislodged from its correct position. Torquing will make it snap back into position.

The marks are due to the plastic cooling and setting in the mold. This is normal, mine's got them too.
I suggest you don't be too perfectionistic about it. It won't be perfect in every minute detail. You've got a fine keyboard -- enjoy it!

thx man this

does make it a bit better, but I need to keep doing this...

well, just a bit disappoint due to the price and all other good reviews of Realforce. My Ducky DK1008 moves around on the surface and I am okay with it. and it doesn't have those marks:wacko:
thank you for the help

Buy some Egrips you can get it in a roll you can cut to size, solved the problem with the HHKB.

your desk might not be perfectly flat either. it may help to put a soft towel or large cloth mousepad underneath your keyboard. i generally find that this results in more comfortable typing regardless.

thx to TheProfosist and mkawa
I thought those things too, and did it 0.0
just wish that I don't need to do that....cuz they don't look good
btw I try it on all the desk in my house and even in friends

Had the same issue when I got my first real force and was pissed I paid so much for a board that didn't sit flat. The previous suggestion to "torque" it worked and I haven't had an issue since. Don't be afraid of putting a little more pressure on it. Real forces are built like tanks and can take it.

now it feels damn good~~~~~ thx to everyone
