Title: I can't find Filco Multicam Blue Switch (FKBN87MC/EMU2)

I want a Filco Multicam with blue switches (FKBN87MC/EMU2), but they don't seem to be available anywhere right now.  I think Amazon had them in stock a week or two ago.  The only place I can find that sells them only ships to Australia (I'm in USA), and they're back-ordered.  Does anyone know where I can get one?
