Those are POM keycaps so they're pretty thick.  I doubt if the light will shine through.  Just saw the "backlit" part after I posted. lol

I don't quite understand the different types of plastic....
I saw one that is made of PBT Plastic is that slightly transparent?

depends on the thickness of the plastic.

white PBT sets from kbc are thin enough that you can see the LED.
