Title: LF special key caps
Post by: JSaintS on Sun, 22 July 2012, 15:29:31
I'll maybe get more answers here :
What I'm looking for are Key Caps with the letter written not on the top of the letter but on the "front" side, and last but not least : they need to let the light of the led pass.

Can someone help me by selling them to me or by saying me where I can get/order some!

Thanks!!

I think the front printed style is usually called "ninja".

Just like blank caps are called "otaku". I have no idea why though. It's totally useless terminology. ;)

thanks for the info about the name (although I though it was the name of a keyboard by Filco) but I still don't know where to buy those keys :(

You can mostly find some of the keys known as side printed keys.  I believe most of the people from China sells these!

yeah but do they let the leds' light pass through or not? cause that's the most important as it's for a backlight keyboard

if yes, do you have any link? cause it seems like google is not my friend lately :-/

KBTalking and others have some, but the side print is usually used for the secondary layer. They have the possibility to make them at least.
